The agreement
By subscribing to IPTV Player you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe. And if you have already subscribed, tell us within the money-back period and we will refund you.
What the service is
We provide access to a streaming service carrying live channels and on-demand content, delivered over your own internet connection. We supply no hardware. The service is provided as it stands at the time you subscribe.
What you need
A stable internet connection of roughly 15 Mbps for HD or 30 Mbps for 4K, and a compatible device. The quality you experience depends heavily on your own connection, which is outside our control.
Your line
Your credentials are for your household. Sharing them outside it, reselling access or using the service commercially will end the subscription without a refund. Each package allows a set number of simultaneous streams; exceeding it will interrupt the streams already running.
Content and availability
The channel lineup and the on-demand library change constantly as broadcasters add and withdraw feeds. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will remain available for the whole of your subscription. If a specific channel is the reason you are subscribing, ask us before you order.
Acceptable use
You may not record, rebroadcast, publicly perform or redistribute the content, attempt to circumvent any technical restriction, or use the service in a way that damages our infrastructure or another subscriber's experience.
Payment
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically and we do not store card details. Prices are shown in {currency} on the site; your bank may apply its own conversion.
Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy and our cancellation policy form part of these terms. In short: seven days to change your mind, and nothing renews unless you say so.
Interruptions
We aim for continuous availability and run failover servers to that end, but no streaming service is immune to outages, maintenance or problems upstream at a broadcaster. Sustained failure on our side is handled through the refund policy.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end a subscription without refund if these terms are breached. In particular the acceptable-use and line-sharing clauses. Otherwise the agreement simply ends when the period you paid for ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you subscribed, unless a change is required by law. Material changes are announced to existing subscribers.
